Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for registrations (including golf tournament) received in writing to [email protected] by Friday, September 24, 2021 will be issued a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after September 24, 2021 or no-shows will not be issued a refund.

Registration deadline for the golf tournament is Monday, September 13. After deadline participation is based on space availability.
CONVENTION SPONSORSHIPS: All sponsors receive the following benefits: company name and logo in the convention program & logo on sponsor banner (deadline applies), acknowledgement during the annual meeting and on FOAA website and newsletter. Additional benefits are given to individual sponsorship levels (see list below). The deadline to become a 2021 Sponsor is September 6, 2021. Please contact FOAA staff before committing to a sponsorship as many of the options below are reserved.
